How can I place a order for shipping:

Through our online store only. 

Shipping Rates

Rates start at $15 - $25 per item. " Ad On" items are FREE shipping when purchased with a Suite 106 Cupcake Jar or TShirt purchase. TShirts also ships for FREE.

Methods
We ship using Overnight and Priority. We ask that you please be on the lookout for your package because the items are perishable. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and an email when your package is shipped.

USPS Overnight
This is the only shipping method that is GUARANTEED and requires an additional fee. This method must be requested via email before purchasing your order. Please allow 7 business days for processing,  restrictions do apply. We do not ship out on Friday-Sunday. The day we bake your order is the day it ships out. Once your package has been shipped a confirmation email with tracking will be sent and you can track your package.

USPS Priority For USPS priority, please allow processing up to 7 business days from date order is placed then your order will ship to you within 1-3 business days. Package may be processed and  arrive sooner. The day we bake your order is the same day it ships out.

What if my order does not arrive on the date I chose?
We do not guarantee arrival dates and times since we ship through USPS as a third party.

How can I guarantee an item arrives on a specific date?
Overnight shipping is the only shipping option that guarantees your package will arrive the next day.

How long do Suite 106 Jars and Baked products stay good for?
Suite 106 Jars stays fresh upon putting in the fridge on arrival for 7-10 days after receiving them or 1 month if kept in the freezer. If frozen let them get to room temp before enjoying. Our Jars taste great chilled or warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds. Brownies and Cookies can but do not need to be refrigerated or frozen and they stay fresh for 5 days after receiving them.

Do the products need to be put in the freezer?

Yes they need to be Regfridgerated or kept in Freezer.  They taste amazing if warmed in the microwave for a few seconds then topped with a scoop of ice cream.  HECK! go ahead and put some whip cream and throw some sprinkles on and make it a Sundae :)

Tracking
Use your tracking number to track the status of your package on USPS.COM. Deliveries typically occur during normal business hours and depend on service selected. Your tracking number may not appear in the USPS tracking system for 24 hours. Please be patient.

If there is a problem with an order you received email us at info@www.suite106cupcakery.com. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address. Claims for damaged product must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Our items are perishable, we do not ship items out on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Does Suite 106 ship to college campuses?
Yes we do! Please make sure to include all information when you checkout. (Dorm name, etc).  Make sure to have all shipping details correct, we are not responsible for wrong addresses provided by customers.

Does Suite 106 ship to APO/FPO and Miltary Bases?

Yes we do,  domestically in the USA.  Make sure to have all shipping details correct we are not responsible for wrong addresses provided by customers.

Does Suite 106 ship internationally?
Not Yet!

FOR IN STORE PURCHASES:

Since our cupcakes are all natural it is best to eat them same day as purchased. You may also purchase our cupcake saver boxes which will keep your cupcakes fresh for 24 hours. Some other solutions are to keep all of our goodies in an air tight container, ziplock bag or plastic wrap the cupcake box.  Products will stay fresh for 24 hours.

Nationwide Shipping:  Nationwide shipping is only done throuh our online store ordering system and cannot be serviced in any of our in store locations.

Pre Ordering In Store:  When pre ordering in store a 48 hour advance notice along with payment is required. When purchasing large orders or custom orders more advance notice may be needed.

Suite 106 practices safe food handling. However, only you know the severity of a loved one's allergy. We respectfully ask that you refrain from ordering our product if you have any hesitation or question about a potentially hazardous ingredient.

We make our product in a kitchen and equipment that may contain milk, dairy, butter, gluten, tree nuts, coconut and soy. Our product is more for the health conscious person verses someone that has medical issues or allergies to these ingredients.
